We rent apartments in Playa de Velilla (Almuñécar), in Playa Tropical. The complex is located on the beach about 2 km. the center of Almuñecar. La Velilla beach is the widest in the locality.
Along the entire beach promenade there is more than 5 km. long.
The estate consists of 3 blocks. The apartments we have are scattered on different floors of a building that has 10 high. The complex has a small swimming pool for the three blocks, and a lush garden.
in the vicinity of the development there are good restaurants and bars.
The area is well served by public transport, bus passes every 30 minutes.
The apartments are rented for a fortnight, being the fifteenth available:
- Second half of July: from 16 to 31 July.
- First half of August: from 01 to 16 August.
- second half of August: from 16 to 31 August.
The official entrance is from 18:00 h. although they may enter after 12:00 h. if the apartment has been cleaned. The day of departure, the apartment has to be abandoned before from 10:00 am. Exceptionally
apartments can be rented by the week (for last minute bookings).
